Description
Description: Join Coach Anastasia for a series of 8 online live progressive strength and stretch classes for triathletes! Each 50-minute class includes dynamic stretches to warm up, specific and progressive exercises to improve your swimming, biking and running strength and stamina, plus stretches for recovery and soft tissue health! You’ll need some elastics, resistance bands, an exercise mat and a strap for stretching.
